No doubt you are asking “How do I know whether the trainers are any good?” Providing good quality trainers is paramount to Freelance Training Services. Indeed, our reputation rests on it, so we aim to recommend trainers that we actually know.
Sallie Phillips sees as many of the trainers as she can in action. This allows her to assess delivery style, the types of audience that each trainer will be comfortable with, and also how trainers handle client relationships. It is these trainers that Sallie refers to first when she is making a recommendation. Sallie currently has around 130 trainers that she has seen in action, and they form the core of the Freelance Training Services database.
The majority of the database is made up of trainers who Sallie has either met but not seen in action, or who have been recommended to her. Sallie values references from other trusted trainers in particular.
Finally, there are the trainers who have approached Sallie via this website or elsewhere. These trainers are encouraged to meet Sallie as soon as possible so that they can be moved into the next group, and references are generally taken before a recommendation is made.
Of course, the assessment of a good trainer is subjective, and a trainer that we think is suitable may not have that important “click” with you. This is why we suggest that you interview where ever possible in order to be satisfied that the trainer is indeed right for you.
